High Efficiency Fiber Laser Machining Machine LCG-3015AJ

 

 

A low gravity beam and the latest driving mechanism LCG are used to carry the fiber laser independently developed by Amada.
 
At the same time of realizing the moving speed of 170m/min (XY synthesis), through the unique energy-saving and maintenance-saving characteristics of optical fiber laser, the cost is greatly reduced and the processing field is expanded.

■ High Reflective Material and Hard-to-process Material Processing with High Quality

• Compared with CO2 laser, optical fiber laser has a higher absorptivity for short wavelength metals (3-4 times higher than CO2 laser), so it can process high reflective materials such as aluminum, copper, copper, titanium and other hard-to-process materials with high quality.

■ High Speed Machining of Thin Plate in Extra Long 2

Axis movement speed: 170mm/min (XY synthesis), achieving the highest speed in the same level equipment.

• Lightweight gantry

Through the Y-axis gantry frame lightweight (compared with the previous machine weight reduction of 30%) to achieve high-speed.

• Low gravity gantry

The cross beam with low center of gravity (Z axis reduced from 200 mm to 100 mm) is machined by high speed thin plate.

• High Torque Motor and Helical Tooth Structure

High-torque motor and helical gear structure are adopted to rapidly increase the acceleration.
